Medical research is providing growing evidence that the side effects of popular sleep medications such as Lunesta & Ambien should not be taken lightly.  This has prompted the Food and Drug Administration to reduce the recommended dose for these drugs by 50% for women (from 10mg to 5mg).

Medications can be a very helpful aid for people but they are only ever supposed to be used as a short-term solution and not as a long-term fix.
